Our booking team are happy to co-ordinate
with your customers directly to arrange a convenient time for
us to access their properties to carryout necessary repairs;
it also enables us to accurately ascertain the nature of the
repairs.
Alternatively if you have made access arrangements with customers
we will co-ordinate our technicians accordingly to attend on
that specific date and time. On completion of the work our technicians
would ask the customers to sign off as completed and accepted,
a copy of which will be forwarded to you.
