Our booking team are happy to co-ordinate with your customers directly to arrange a convenient time for us to access their properties to carry out necessary repairs; it also enables us to accurately ascertain the nature of the repairs.

Alternatively if you have made access arrangements with customers we will co-ordinate our technicians accordingly to attend on that specific date and time. On completion of the work our technicians would ask the customers to sign off as completed and accepted, a copy of which will be forwarded to you.

Just a quick note to say I was very impressed with Laura this morning. I phoned as my corporate credit card had been used to book a repair and I could not find anyone within our organisation that remembered using the card. Melanie was friendly, polite and very helpful and organised for a copy receipt to be sent. We will certainly use your company again as good customer service seems increasingly rare these days!
