Customer Care and Site Liaison

Lorraine manages Customer Care and Site Liaison ensuring that all our customers’ demands are met by scheduling work accordingly and within customer’s timescales.

Private Customer Liaison

Melanie manages our customer requests for repairs from our private customer base, getting an understanding of requirements and provides quotes for repairs.

Accounts Department

Sandy manages our Accounts Department and is always available to assist with any accounts issues.

Repair Technicians

Our team of highly professional, uniformed, skilled and friendly technicians are all fully trained in-house to the highest standards and take pride in all the work they carry out so if it is a scratched worktop or a chipped shower tray you can be sure of a quality repair.

Simon is the Operations Manager, his experience and commitment to the company has resulted in his current position. Simon works with the Senior Management team in all aspects of Research and Development.

Vince is the Managing Director and co-founder of Hometech-UK, having a number of years experience in the field of specialist repairs, Vince works closely with the management team constantly developing and improving the services we offer.

Lisa is our Commercial Director and co-founder of Hometech-UK she is the first point of contact for new and existing business and is responsible for the overall operation.
